Guanleming (Huzhou) Precision Devices Co., Ltd., the predecessor was a famous factory for fountain pen with gold nib and founded in 1928 by an American overseas Chinese, Chong Chang Guan. The factory was the pioneer of national pen manufacturing industry. The company had made great contribution to the world’s watch and clock industrial development with more than 90 years.
